If an agent only offers one strategy then why not call in some other agents to find out what options you have.

For example, what different Marketing Strategies are available to you? What are the benefits of print marketing in addition to electronic marketing? What will the different options cost you? How will it impact what you sell for?

Next to consider, is what Selling Strategy will suit your personal needs best. If an agent only offers you one strategy, then speak to other agents that can offer you alternatives. Don’t you deserve to know what options you have – especially when there are options that could make a considerable difference to what you sell for?

Once you’ve decided what you need to attend to on your property, and what marketing and selling strategies are best to employ, it’s then time to select the estate agent you are going to use and when you are going to list.
Now you have a well thought out plan on how to achieve the maximum for your property. You remain in full control of the process and the outcome, and you should find the experience a pleasant one. You deserve it – so don’t settle for less!
